Living in Saudi Arabia – Camel Crossing

Camels crossing the road.

This is an old photo, but I thought I would share the camel crossing anyway. When I first arrived in Saudi Arabia, I was totally amazed to see camels crossing the roads, or just roaming around in general. Camels are pretty much easy to spot once you leave the city. It’s not unusual to find them just hanging out on the side of the road, gathered under a tree.

Being that Rolle is 100% an animal lover, he’s always making animal friends where ever we go. 🙂

Did you freak out the first time you saw the camels crossing the road. 🙂

  2. I would have freaked out in the best of ways to see one of those live. I love them!

  3. Terri thanks for sharing!

  4. Hi Terri, First off I want to say “Thankyou” for making the effort to put all this information out here.I’m from the Bay Area but recently relocated to McKinney,TX..this is another story..I have in the process of job searching applied for a job with Saudi Aramco but haven’t heard anything or received any feedback as of yet. Eventhough, this may be premature I started to do research on Saudi and that is how I came across your videos.I’m kind of at crossroads in my life because both of my children are grown but I do have a Granddaughter and another one on the way…if my application progresses to the job offer stage that would be a difficult decision to make.I also corresponded with the desert Debutant, she had great info also.I appreciate both of you guys.
